Two decades in ship chartering
Since 2004, Sea & Sky Logistics has connected charterers and shipowners across the Indian Ocean, the Gulf and beyond, fixing tonnage from mini-bulkers to Panamax vessels.
In 2026 the group established AZTAM Trading USA to further facilitate its clients, and Sea & Sky is on the chartering panel of Clarksons Group.

Voyage Charters
Vessels fixed for single or consecutive voyages on agreed freight, with laycan, ports and terms matched to your cargo.
Time Charters
Trip-time and period charters for charterers who need operational control of a vessel for a set duration.
Contracts of Affreightment
Regular cargo volumes shipped over a period under one contract, spread across multiple liftings.
Tonnage Sourcing
Matching vessel size, type and position to your cargo, loading and discharge ports, and dates.
Negotiation & Fixtures
Freight and hire negotiation, charter party terms and clauses, through to a clean fixture recap.
Post-Fixture Support
Voyage follow-up, laytime and demurrage calculations, and coordination until discharge is complete.

We circulate the requirement and shortlist suitable, available tonnage.
Negotiate and fix
We negotiate freight or hire and charter party terms on your behalf, then confirm the fixture.
Follow through
We keep track of the voyage, handling post-fixture matters until the cargo is discharged.
